Our Policies for Parties

Booking Policy: A $300 non-refundable deposit is due when booking is payable in cash, check, or credit card.

 Drop off Only Venue:  one adult per guest, due to the venue size we cannot accommodate more than guest. please let your guest know in advance. 

Waiver: A must be signed for all slime and spa parties.

A 3.% card fee applies to all credit card transactions, not fees for debit.

Book in Advance. We need to know the final number of guests attending your child’s party two weeks before the event. Please take note of the guests’ dietary requirements and allergies and discuss them with us so we can cater accordingly.

Cancellation Policy. All payment must be fully paid one week in advance. We reserve the right to cancel events that have not been paid for on time. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and we will gladly reschedule your party if you provide two weeks notice.

Customization: we are more than happy to create a custom event for the children. We can combine multiple themes or add additional activities and games to make your little ones birthday party unique and special.
