At Pamper Me Kids Venue our spa experience is for entertainment purposes only. Our manicure service includes light nail shaping and polishing. Our pedicure service includes nail shaping, a foot soak, a mini foot massage, and polishing. Our pampering sessions do not include cutting, trimming, or pushing back cuticles. A licensed professional does not perform any of the services, and we do not provide any services as a certified nail salon or spa.

Can parents hang around during the party?

Due to limited space in the venue, we only allow one parent per child and ask that they be seated in the parent area while we service the child. please express this to your party guest in advance. 

When must I give the final attendees for my child's party?

Final numbers are due 2 weeks before the party.
We will email you 2 weeks before the party asking for the numbers.

When is the final party balance due?

Total Balance owing must be paid in full 7 days before the party.

Can outside food be brought in?
No, only cupcakes and cakes can be brought from outside. Please ask us about our pizza and catering options. Please let us know in advance of any allergy restrictions.
Can I combine two parties or customize my child’s party?
Yes, of course you can.
We can add extra activities to your party depending on what you would like to combine.

$30-45 extra per child for an extra activity.

Some customized parties would need an extra 1 hour.

What is the Cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. We can reschedule the date of your party if it’s more than 1 month away. Any Party NOT paid in full 1 week prior risks the possibility of having their party canceled,

NO REFUNDS are given to guests who do not attend the party.

What if some of my guests arrive late?
Our parties operate according to a set schedule; therefore, all parties must start on time.Under absolutely no circumstances will we be able to wait for latecomers. They may join in when they arrive at the point of the party’s progression. If the party runs into overtime due to no fault of Pamper Me Kids parties, the parent or guardian of the child will be responsible for overtime fees (due upon receipt).
Do you need help organizing extras to personalize your party?
We can help with all the finer details: cakes & cupcakes, Personalised cookies, and Party Bags.

Balloons & Decorations, and more.

Are you an actual spa?
No, our services are for entertainment purposes only. Our staff is trained by professionals but are not licensed cosmetologists. We do not use any tools or cut cuticles.
What about Hygiene and Cleanliness?
Safety first! All of our equipment is sanitized before each party. We use fresh-washed linens, robes, and towels for each party. Disposable makeup applicators are used with each guest to avoid any bacterial infection.
